Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of both our clients and therapist, we kindly ask for at least 8 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied to the cost of your service.
* Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 8 hours before your appointment: Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
* Cancellations or rescheduling made within 8 hours of your appointment: Your deposit will be forfeited.
* A new non-refundable deposit is required to book any future appointment after a late cancellation or missed appointment.
